Our featured product for April is our fabulous A582 Full Support Control Brief Sheer Pantyhose. This style is rated 5 stars by most of the customers who reviewed it, and no wonder. Our featured products for March are A4012 Thermofabric Opaque Support Tights and A2100 Thermofabric Opaque Support Socks. The lower leg of A4012 and A2100 are identical and very compressive (though not medical hose). The tights have less compression on the thigh, no fly, and are very economically priced. The socks are two pair to a package. Both of these great items are on sale until March 31 for 25% off, while supplies last.

1. FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50.00, both US and foreign. This policy starts January 22. A number of customers have asked us to do this, so we're listening to them and we're trying this as an experiment. We don't know how long it will go on, but at least for a while, unless it's an absolute disaster, which we don't think it will be. If it's successful, we'll continue it indefinitely. We are doing it to encourage larger orders, so we're not offering free shipping on small orders. It's simply not feasible unless we raise our prices, and we don't want to do that. And no, we won't apply it retroactively to past orders, sorry.

2. So, we're NOT raising prices to compensate for the free shipping, at least not right away. We're hoping that an increase in sales covers the extra shipping costs we'll bear. If need be, we'll adjust the terms or prices so that we still remain profitable. We're not in business to subsidize the postal service. We're in business to serve our customers.

3. We're discontinuing our coupons for repeat purchases as of January 23. We think the free shipping will be more attractive and will result in greater savings anyway. Plus there will be no more coupon codes for customers or for us to track, or for customers to forget to apply, resulting in extra emails and partial refunds. We will continue to honor the coupons that are outstanding, of course, all of which expire at the end of February.

4. In a similar way, during this experimental realignment of our promotional priorities, we will phase out our discounts for Military and Public Service workers, and quantity discounts. Free shipping will take their place. We certainly appreciate the good service that these customers have provided for their country, but as in item 3, we simply can't afford to offer discounts plus free shipping.
   

5. If you place more than one order with us on the same day, or on successive days, if we can combine them to save shipping, we will do so.
   

6. We'll frequently post sales on particular styles that we want to move and on clearance items.

7. Note: None of these changes apply to our distributors. They will still be subject to the pricing and shipping terms of our original agreements.

UK Tights, a hosiery seller has signed on to be a distributor of ours, and is starting out with three styles. If you live in the UK, take a look and place an order with them. You will pay a little more for the product, because they've already paid for bulk shipping and customs fees, but you'll get your order from them a lot sooner than from buying directly from us in the States, because your order will not have to spend a week "maturing" in Customs. It's already in the UK, so it's local (i.e., cheap) shipping.

Style A679 Light Support Sheer Pantyhose with Fly – NEW!

We are pleased to announce another brand new style, A679. This is more than just another sheer mantyhose – it's a whole new concept in fly design. We have created the best fly ever. While it still uses upper and lower panels for a horizontal fly, the lower fly panel is now all nylon for a cooler, less constricting pouch for “male equipment” that is still very supportive but much roomier. In medium and large sizes, the upper panel tapers to a point below the waistband, and the lower fly panel goes under the crotch and tapers at the tailbone. In XL, the upper fly panel extends all the way to the waistband, so it adds extra stretch to the waistband. We apologize for the seemingly endless delay, but the supplier had some technical issues to resolve and we took the opportunity to tweak the design a little to improve the fit, comfort, and durability so it's even a better value than before. New Mantyhose Style A699 is here!

We are pleased to announce a new mantyhose style A669, with the same comfortable, matte fabric as our A599, only with a comfortable fly panel and convenient fly opening. Although the spandex content is high, the fabric is very light weight so the compression level is much less than other full support styles, making it an ideal choice for men who want some compression but not a lot. Gerbe Quitting Men's Line

We're sad to report that Gerbe is discontinuing their men's products. They have told us that they have decided not to make any men's products at all in the future. That's too bad, because even though their products were very expensive, they were well made and we almost never got any returned from unhappy customers. They cited low sales as the reason. We are now completely sold out of all their styles.

Problems Ordering as a Guest?

A number of customers have been frustrated by one aspect of our new web site. If they placed an order as a guest and later went back either to create an account or try to order as a guest again, the system wouldn't allow it because their email address was already in use. What was happening was that the system had been creating accounts for guests all along and we didn't realize it. We have fixed the problem for future guests, so that the system no longer creates an account and the guest can continue to be a guest using the same email address over and over in the future.

For those previous guests for whom an account was inadvertently created, if you want to continue as a guest, we now know how to allow it. Email us. Better yet, consider using your account. Having an account is really a time saver on future orders, allows you to see what you've ordered in the past, and the information is totally secure with us. No credit card information is stored in your account. We can reset the password on your account, email you with the new password, and you will be able to log on to and use your account after that. You can then change your password to one of your choice. Email us and we'll help you!

We apologize to those customers who have had trouble with our new system. It was not our intention to make it more difficult to place orders, but the system is new to us, too, and we're still learning the details, and that's where the devil resides, of course!

A2409 Opaque Socks replace A409

Our venerable A409 socks are sold out and we have created a replacement called A2409, which is now available in black, brown, and navy. They are a little more generously sized than the old A409 and should fit even the big and tall guys. Click on Opaque under Knee High Socks in the panel on the left and order some today.

We are pleased to welcome a new distributor in Russia called Caretta Shop, another one in Belgium called Astral Legxperience, and another new distributor in The Netherlands called Easyhose. They offer a variety of legwear for men and they are just starting with us, so their selection is limited, but it will grow as demand grows. If you like a particular style of ours and don't see it there, email them and ask them to carry it. Note that their prices may be a little higher than ours, but the prices reflect shipping and customs duty already included.
